- By October 31, 2022, the Amazon Drive app will be removed from both the iOS and Android app stores.
- Starting January 31, 2023, users will no longer be able to upload new files to their Amazon Drive accounts. However, access to previously uploaded files will still be available.
- Finally, on December 31, 2023, users will lose all access to their drives and files.
It is important to note that photos stored on Amazon Drive will not be affected by the shutdown. As they should have been automatically migrated to Amazon Photos.
However, for security purposes, it is advisable for users to manually verify that the migration has occurred successfully.
